Government plans due to come into effect on 1st April 2013 mean that anyone making a claim after that date stands to lose 25% of their compensation.
The “No Win No Fee” rules are about to change and as from next week only part of a claimant’s costs will be recoverable from a defendant.
The result will be that claimants will be left out of pocket.
So if you are thinking of making a claim do it now before the rules change.
