Birth of Royal Baby

Howard and over would like to congratulate the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their son.
With the birth of the Royal baby brings issue to the forefront such as parental responsibility. Did you know that if a father's name is not placed on the birth certificate after December 2003 then the father does not have automatic parental responsibility and may have to apply to the court to obtain it?
