You can either apply to have each claim struck out with or without a warning for costs to be applied against them. For more peristent persons you may wish to consider a Civil Restraint Order (CRO) in the High Court with either a limited power to cover particular proceedings or a general power to stop the litigant bringing claims without the permission of the court. There is also a power to apply to the Employment Appeal Tribunal for a Restriction of Proceedings Order (RPO).
