The firm of Howard & Over Solicitors was established in 1914 and is currently managed by2 Partners. We practice in three separate locations namely Devonport, Ivybridge and Plymstock
The Partners of the firm are assisted by 5 Solicitors, 1 Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and 1 trainee Legal Executive together with various Paralegals and support staff.
We provide advice on a wide range of legal subjects including matrimonial, family law, child care law, litigation, personal injury, employment, debt, landlord and tenant, mental health, conveyancing both commercial and residential, probate, wills and trust.
