Property Department Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic career minded individual to join our busy property department.  The position will be based in our Plymouth office.

Salary dependent on experience.

The role will be providing legal assistance and administrative support to our conveyancing department.

We pride ourselves in supporting our staff to develop their careers with us and we offer day release and assistance with fees to qualify as a fee earner.

Family Solicitor/Legal Executive – Full or Part Time Considered

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced family fee earner with 5+ years PQE (or equivalent).  We are looking for someone with enthusiasm to build a private law family department as we have recently taken the decision to withdraw from offering legal aid.  We have a strong reputation and a long history of providing family law advice which we now wish to build and develop into a strong private family department.  This is an exciting business development opportunity for the right person.

We are looking for someone with sound experience, an established reputation, an enthusiasm for marketing and a creative approach to building a new department.

Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive – Full or Part Time Considered

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full or part time experienced private client fee earner in our Ivybridge office.

Initially the position will be providing maternity cover for our head of department and partner, however, as we are in a period of expansion, there will be an opportunity to relocate within the department and therefore the position we are offering is permanent.

The candidate must have at least 5+ years PQE (or equivalent) and be experienced in the full range of private client work including family businesses, taxable estates and agricultural matters.
