Job Description: Contentious Probate Litigator

We are seeking a skilled Contentious Probate Litigator to join our dynamic legal team at Howard & Over. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE), specialising in the area of contentious probate. In this role you will have the opportunity to expand upon an existing caseload, demonstrating your expertise in handling complex probate disputes. Additionally, a proven history of effectively managing junior fee earners and a client following would be advantageous, although not required. The right candidate has the potential to achieve partnership within five years.
