New Professional Negligence Department

Wednesday 20th March 2013

We have created a new Department which deals with professional negligence claims as a result in growth in this area of litigation claims.  We are able to assist with professional negligence claims against for example Solicitors and Will Writers,  Accountants, Surveyors,  Valuers, Vets and Barristers.

Tim Quinn has previously worked for a major firm defending professional negligence claims, will be heading up the new Department.   Tim says "that there has been a real growth in people wishing to sue their professional advisors when mistakes are made.  In order to meet this legal need we at Howard and Over have set up the Professional Negligence Department to specifically assist clients with these types of claims".

Assisting in the department will be Donna Peters has experience in bringing claims against Solicitors and Will Writers in relation to problems with Wills and inheritance.
