Tax Changes & Wills

The Government is bringing in changes on 8 April which may mean that many people will have to re-write their wills. If you have left gifts to (grand)children who will be minors after 8 April when you die, then any assets in trust may loose its tax advantages and necessitate obtaining a court order before being able to distributing any assets.
