Lawyers - Literature's Whipping Boy???

Lawyers - Literature's Whipping Boy? - take a look at the lawyers in Bleak House and the never ending case of Jarndyce v Jarndyce. The quote “The one great principle of the English law is, to make business for itself” (Chpt. XXXIX, p. 416) is perhaps emblematic of the taint that literature delivers to the profession. Even poor Matthew from Downtown Abbey as a solicitor is frowned up by the noble Crawley family. Anyone up for "Super Solicitor"?!??!?!
